NeuroMetrix Announces Launch of Quell Sport Electrode

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NeuroMetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NURO) today announced commercial launch of a new Sport Electrode for its innovative Quell® Wearable Pain Relief Technology™. The new electrode has a special hydrogel designed to better hold up in situations with high humidity and perspiration. The Sport Electrode absorbs less moisture, but is otherwise comparable to the original Quell Electrode. It is available at QuellRelief.com.

"We want everyone who is using Quell for chronic pain relief to have the best experience possible," said Frank McGillin, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Consumer. "While the majority of Quell users will experience optimal performance with the original electrode, we developed the Sport Electrode in response to consumer feedback indicating the need for another option for situations with high humidity and perspiration."
